Professor Graeme MacQueen, tax-strike proponent Karen Tostado on TJ radio

Truth Jihad Radio Sat. 2/20/10, 5-7 pm Central, http://www.americanfreedomradio.com (to be archived here.) Call-in number: 512-879-3805.

First hour: Karen Tostado, TaxFree15.com: "SMELL THE CORRUPTION? IT'S THE NEW WORLD ODOR...NATIONAL STRIKE APRIL 15 - APRIL 18TH & The 15th day of EACH and EVERY month! DON'T BUY!!! DON'T COMPLY!!! ASK WHY!!!"

Second hour: Graeme MacQueen, Associate Professor of Religious Studies and founding Director, Centre for Peace Studies, McMaster University (ret).
  • Interview 11/19/06: "... there’s no way those 3 towers were brought down by planes, jet fuel and fire. One tower, maybe. A structural flaw in the tower, a set of coincidences. Two towers — we’re getting into a highly unlikely situation, even though their construction was similar, because the planes hit in different ways. Three towers (including WTC 7 now, which wasn't hit by a plane), the odds against this are astronomical." http://americanbuddhist.net/node/3390
Dr. MacQueen has done some of the best work on the question of why the left and the peace movement have been slow to understand and act on the reality of 9/11--a topic I discussed with media critic Barrie Zwicker on Tuesday's show.

  1. Is there a split between the peace movement and the 9-11 truth movement?
I consider myself a supporter of peace and truth. They are both virtues.
Perhaps the peace people understand how the 9-11 truth movement is a clever energy trap.
Consider the economic collapse in the Fall of 2008, right before the election.
Life moves on. Things are still happening. If you look backwards you might miss what is happening HERE NOW.
On the other hand, justice is REQUIRED and you must look backwards for the facts. The path to justice is paved with the Truth.
But somebody has to do it and we always need to honor those who speak the truth. Obama has failed to deliver justice!
There is always more truth. Seek it. Speak it. Support it.
Remember, the Truth is a many splendored thing.
It's not "This OR That" but "This AND that."
Those who torture must go to prison.
    Confront the evidence!
    Take responsibility.
    Blessings!
