Guest: Keith Preston, author of Attack the System: A New Anarchist Perspective for the 21st Century.
Keith discusses the fundamental illegitimacy of the state, the pseudo-religious aura surrounding "the government" and "the law," and the permutations of statist idolatry in history. Other assertions:
*The system props up its false legitimacy by picking on scapegoats including activists, ethnic and religious minorities, foreigners, users of non-approved mind-altering substances, etc;
*The system got blindsided by snowballing antiwar protests in the 1960s, and has been pushing social engineering to the limit to prevent such a thing from happening again;
*States all over the world are increasingly facing a crisis of legitimacy as populations awakened by alternative and social media no longer believe the official myths.
